Vanessa Meyer, BSN, RN, CMSRN

Vanessa is a Wisconsin-licensed registered nurse with years of bedside experience in medical-surgical and certified medical-surgical nursing. After seeing firsthand how patients struggled with the transition from hospital to home, she founded Abia Home Health to bridge that gap — with clinical expertise and genuine compassion.

As both Founder and Administrator, Vanessa oversees every aspect of patient care at Abia — from the initial referral and physician coordination to the skilled nursing visits delivered in your home.

Her promise: Every Abia patient receives a care plan developed and supervised by a licensed nurse, coordinated with their physician and family every step of the way.
